A Giromax specified project Tritec were awarded the works based on their competitive rates and reputation. This very large roof extremely dilapidated and required high pressure cleaning at 4000 PSI to get the surface to required preparation standards. Seamsil 100 cut edge corrosion and fixing encapsulation was also completed as part of the preparation works. The Giromax Architectural Delcote Coating was applied by airless spray with two contrasting coats achieving the required 200 microns DFT to receive the 15 year guarantee.
