Tritec Building Contractors were awarded these works after successful tender. The full programme of works included 2485m2 of liquid coatings applied to the roof, 23no. GRP roof lights removed and replaced with new safety rated GRP roof lights, 19no. GRP roof lights over-sheeted with matching profiled steel roof sheets & a gutter refurbishment totalling 167m.

The pre-existing roof coat system was showing apparent signs of failure, such as loose and flaking coatings throughout & corrosion to the panel profiles and cut edges of the ridge and hip flashing.

Our operatives prepared the roof area in line with manufactures specifications, in order to install the new HD Sharmans Delcote coating system to the roof. Upon completion, the life span of this roof was extended an additional 20 years, complete with a manufactures product guarantee.

The gutters were also in bad condition, with high levels of debris, silt and vegetation in the gutter valleys obstructing the outlets.

Our operatives removed all debris & throughly cleaned the gutters, in order to fit the HD Sharmans Plygene gutter lining system complete with joints, stop end and outlet pieces. This gutter refurbishment was supplied with a 25 year manufacturers guarantee.
