The factory applied roof coatings such as PVC Plastisol and PVF2 will start to weather as it is exposed to UV radiation over time, with the application of Delcote® Architectural Coating our roof refurbishment service can extend the life cycle of the roof sheets for at least 20 years*. When used in conjunction with Seamsil® 100 edge and overlap treatment provides one of the best long-term commercial roof treatments available on the market.
HD Sharmans Delcote® Architectural Coating is a mineral-based coating system with excellent resistance to weathering from UV, rain, snow and temperature extremes. This tried and tested coating system is designed to be a durable membrane that has a natural resistance to corrosion and chemicals, its flexible composition allows for the natural movements of the building without the risk of cracking or peeling.
