Bolt Encapsulation Treatment

HD Sharmans Seamsil® 400 is a silicone-based encapsulation system specifically designed to prevent further corrosion of bolts and fixings to roof sheets.

This long-established system provides a temporary, protective elastic seal that can withstand the natural movement of the roof sheets.

Tritec Building Contractors Ltd as approved applicators of this system can apply this as part of a full roof sheet refurbishment system or as a stand-alone service, once applied by Tritec the Seamsil® 400 coating will fully cure to provide a tough, elastic seal, effectively encapsulating the damaged area to prevent further deterioration.
