Liquid Gutter Refurbishment

Liquasil Gutterseal is the only liquid gutter liner system available with a full latent defects insurance guarantee, it forms a complete seamless gutter lining which is highly flexible and will eliminate leaks. Gutterseal is a complete system made up of SWT primer, Non-sag Sealer and Liquasil One, these three components ensure that the liquid coating is completely bonded to the existing gutter substrate, it will not lift, crack, crease or peel. The coating once applied and fully cured will not continue deteriorate and all rust will be eliminated. Suitable substrates for this system are all metals, asbestos cement and concrete, however some plastic based substrates may require the use of an additional primer.

Tritec Building Contractors are approved installers of the Liquasil Gutterseal system and when applied by us will qualify for the 10-year guarantee offered by Liquasil.

Our operatives will thoroughly clean out the gutters removing all debris and soil, scape away all loose flaking materials, apply the Liquasil SWT primer to all areas with rust, brush apply the Liquasil Non-Sag Sealer to all gutter joins and then apply one coat of Liquasil One Liquid Gutter Liner to the entire length of gutter ensuring complete application compliance, encapsulation and protection for commercial gutter systems and extending their life cycle.
