Liquasil Metalseal is the only BBA approved specialist metal roof coating system on the market and has been engineered by chartered building surveyors to provide not only a decorative finish, but a fully protective coating that extends that lifespan of metal roof sheets.

When applied by Tritec Building Contractors, the Metalseal complete roof coating system is inclusive of cut edge corrosion treatments and fixing encapsulation using Liquasil’s unique cut edge corrosion primers, adding fully comprehensive protection. Liquasil Metalseal is also available in any RAL colour (subject to roof size) which is rare with commercial metal roof coatings and brings added value to our services. Metalseal is formulated using silicone polymers to provide a hardened finish that resists environmental dirt films, repels water and prevents the build-up of moss and lichen growth.

Tritec Building Contractors are approved applicators of the Liquasil Metalseal roof coating system, in conjunction with Liquasil we are able to offer the latent defects insurance guarantee which covers not only the materials like other systems, but will cover labour, materials, safe access and professional design. Tritec have many years’ experience in the application of this system and able to offer a fully insured roof refurbishment that we feel actually adds value to the building. When it comes deteriorating and weathered commercial roofs, it is far more economical for Tritec to refurbish and treat the roof sheets with MetalSeal versus a full over-clad or roof replacement, which can be costly and generally brings more inconvenience and disruption to the end-client.
