Tritec Building Contractors were awarded this project as the Principle Contractor, the scope of works was to undertake the roof refurbishment, including all construction phase planning, access, heath and safety.

The works package compromised of the following :

• 10,000 m2 of Roof Coatings - All roof surfaces were prepared and treated with the Giromax Girosil® RC Ultra System.
• 272m of Gutter Coatings - All metal box gutter were prepared and treated with Giromax Girosil® RC-G.
• 52Lm of Gutter Replacement - Replacement of badly corroded metal trim line gutters.
• Smoke Vent Removal - 15 No. De-commissioned smoke vents removed from the roof and infilled.
