Tritec Building Contractors were awarded this project as the cladding contractor, the scope of works was to undertake the roof and cladding refurbishment.

The works package compromised of the following :

• 4065 m2 of liquid coatings - Metal composite roof coated with Giromax Girosil® RC
• 375 m2 of roof lights replaced - A total of 44 No. GRP roof lights replaced with new supasafe sheets.
• 1507 m2 of cladding refurbishment - Mansard cladding, soffits and gutter fascia's all coated with Giromax Girocote.
• 470 m of gutters refurbished - A total of 8 No. gutters refurbished with Giromax Girosil® RC-G
