Tritec Building Contractors were awarded this project as the roofing contractor, the scope of works was to undertake the roof refurbishment works.

The works package compromised of the following :

• Roof Coatings - All roof surfaces were prepared and then sprayed with AkzoNobel Steel Seal III
• Gutter Coatings - All metal box gutters were prepared and treated with Giromax Girosil® RC-G.
• Rooflight Replacement - Perishing GRP barrel rooflights replaced with new.
