Tritec Building Contractors were awarded this project as the cladding contractor, the scope of works was to undertake the roof refurbishment.
The works package compromised of the following :
- 800 m2 of roof sheet replacement - All cement fibre roof sheets removed from the roof area and disposed of as per HSE guidelines, new Tata Trismonet 333 Formed Roof System with 120mm core insulation installed in Goosewing Grey.
