Tritec Building Contractors were awarded this project as the cladding contractor, the scope of works was to undertake the roof and cladding refurbishment.

The works package compromised of the following :

• 72 Lm of Gutters Refurbishment - High level gutter thoroughly cleaned and prepared removing all debris and vegetation within the gutter, all joints sealed, and gutters coated and encapsulated with Giromax Girosil® RC-G.
