Tritec were successfully awarded the works for the Commercial Roof, Gutter & Rooflight Refurbishment

project value

£160,500.000

Tritec Building contractors were awarded with the following works:

Gutter Coating Works – Heavily corroded gutter sections relined with a total 220m of HD Sharman® Delcote GS Liquid Guttercoat and given a new life span of 10 years.

Main Roof – Pressure washed all roof surfaces to remove dirt and grease. Treated all cut edge corrosion to edges and lap joints. Sealed all joints and coated the roof with HD Sharman Delcote® Architectural Roof coating

Rooflight Replacement – Our operatives removed redundant outer & inner roof-lights. They fit new 1.8kg/m2, SAA Class 1 rated liners and installed outer roof-lights sheets with new3.6kg/m2, SAB class 3 rated profile GRP roof-lights skins matching with existing roof profile. Secured with butyl compression tape and poppy red molded head fixings to leave watertight.
